Discovery & Requirements Gathering

Site Survey & Technical Assessment
Comprehensive property survey measuring rooms, identifying structural constraints, evaluating WiFi coverage, and planning equipment locations. We coordinate with architects and contractors if renovation is involved.

Do I need to pay for design if I'm not sure I'll proceed?
We offer free initial consultations (up to 2 hours) where we assess your project and provide rough budget estimates. Detailed design service has a fee (AED 15,000-75,000 depending on complexity), but this is fully credited toward your installation if you proceed with LEXA within 6 months. This ensures our designers dedicate proper time to your project while protecting your investment.
